I FEEL COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AFTER 2 WEEKS!!!

Use this full body mobility routine every day to get you ready for your day.  In this routine, you will unlock your hips, lower and upper back, shoulders, and even your inner thighs (groins).

Every movement provided is methodical based on the interconnection of our musculature.

This is the EXACT routine I follow each morning -- depending on how different parts of my body are feeling, some times I will do more or less on a given movement.  Once you have done this routine a few times, you will be able to complete in 15 minutes.

If FEELING GOOD throughout your day is important to you, I highly recommend implementing mobility into your daily routine, even on an off day as an active rest day!
