Vladimir Putin's Chechen army, which predominantly has Muslim fighters, has issued a threat days after Ukrainian troops were seen burning the Islamic holy book Quran. Russia’s Chechen Republic Chief, Ramzan Kadyrov, has put a bounty on purported Ukrainian servicemen who were caught on video desecrating a Quran. Kadyrov said that the video is representative of the Ukrainian state’s ideology and illustrates its fascist-satanic nature. The video reposted by several Russian officials showed two alleged Ukrainian soldiers using pages from the Muslim holy book to start a fire. However, the Ukrainian army and government have denied that the country’s military personnel were involved in the incident and blamed Russia for it. Watch this video for more.
