When/how to use Mimo vs Apple's native camera app for Osmo Mobile 6

If you own a DJI Osmo Mobile 6, you need to know when to use the Mimo app, and when you should use the camera app that comes with your iPhone.  I'll clear up some misconceptions about using the gimbal with the Apple camera app, and show you when and how to use both apps.
