1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika

Wet Batter:
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg

Fancy pants ranch
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayo
1 packet BM ranch
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp dill
