Hello Folks!
I hope I find you all well. We love a custard cream…they are absolutely delicious and perfect with a nice cup of tea of coffee. These biscuits are super simple and very easy to make :) The cutter I used is from Lakeland and the brand is Dexam. You can find these on the Lakeland website and they are also on Amazon…pretty sure you can find them on eBay too.

Everything I used will be below.

For the biscuits:

- 225g (7.9 oz) Unsalted butter
- 115g (4 oz) Caster sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 Tablespoons whole milk
- 340g (12 oz) Plain flour
- 125g (4.4 oz) Custard powder


For the filling:

- 300g (10.5 oz) Icing sugar
- 150g (5.2 oz) Unsalted butter
- 2 Tablespoons Custard powder
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
