The combination of fava beans, rice, and fresh dill along with lamb shank, flavored with saffron and generous amounts of onions, creates an extraordinary and delicious blend that is a constant presence in Iranian gatherings and parties.

🔵Ingredients for 3 Servings:

2 Cups Rice
3 Cups Peeled Fava Beans
150 gr Fresh Dill
3 Tablespoons Steeped Saffron
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Fresh Garlic

🔵Ingredients for Lamb Shank:
3 Lamb Shank
6 Large Onions
5 Tablespoons Steeped Saffron
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Butter
4 Cinnamon Sticks
Oil as needed
Salt and turmeric as needed
