Iran : President Rouhani pledges to never develop nuclear weapons

A series of announcements by the Iranian president is giving new hopes to the international community. Rowhani has given different signs alleging a change of stance: he declares pledging not to develop nuclear weapons, for one ; Iran decided also to free political activists from jail ;  The Iranian government wished to the Jewish community a happy new year on Twitter ; and at last, the transfer of the nuclear negociations habilities to the Foreign Ministry.
