Ham and cheese roll ups are great to pack for lunch or make an easy party appetizer.
This great appetizer is made with just a few simple ingredients.

▶Ingredient
5 slices bread, mayonnaise, honey mustard 2tbsp, salt
cucumber(cheese length), 20g carrot, 30g onion, 40g crab stick, 3 slices ham, 3 slices cheese
▶Recipe
1. Cut the cucumber to the length of the cheese and cut only the skin.
2. Shred the carrots.
3. Cucumbers and carrots are salted and pickled.
4. Shred 30g of onion and 40g of crab stick, then add 2 Tbsp of honey mustard and mix.
5. Be sure to squeeze the water out of pickled cucumbers and carrots.
6. Cut the edges of the bread to overlap 1 1/2 slices and roll them out with a rolling pin.
7. Lay out the wrap and place the bread on top.
8. Spread mayonnaise on the bread and put it in the order of ham, cheese, crab stick mix, cucumber, and carrot.
9. After tightly rolling it, roll it once more with plastic wrap to fix it.
10. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting.
▶Tip
Salted cucumbers and carrots hold together tightly when rolled and look pretty when cut.
If you pull the wrap while rolling it, you can roll it more tightly.
You can change the ingredients in the bread to suit your taste.
