Best Coffee Cookies Recipe [Eggless Cookies in Oven] -Delightful Cravings

Coffee Cookies is a perfect cookie to serve coffee lover’s as it is packed with instant espresso. It contains the perfect amount of caffeine to give you that boost at work. This recipe is so quick, easy and eggless with just 5 ingredients which is easily available in your kitchen.



Ingredients:
* 1tbs Hot water
* 1bs Coffee Powder
* 90 gm Unsalted Butter
* 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
* 1 Cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
* 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Method:
*In a small bowl, take warm water and add coffe powder wait until the coffee has completely dissolved.
* Now take butter and whisk it using a stand mixer or hand mixer and add sugar, coffee mixture, all purpose flour and baking soda.
*Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
* Now make small rounds and shape them into cookies
* Place the cookies in the oven for 20mins at 160°C
