CPAP mask irritation is a common side effect when using CPAP therapy, especially for beginners. In this video i will show you a few products that can help alleviate some of the discomfort caused by CPAP mask irritation.
If you have any sores that have broken the skin then it's important to let the skin heal before you return to using your cpap mask. Overtime your skin will firm around the areas of pressure and rubbing and the pain and discomfort should ease.
