Ingredients
1. Lauki /Bottle Gourd 250gms.
2. Chickpea Flour 1/2Cup
3. Samolina 1/2Cup
4. Curd 1/4Cup
5. Onion 1Small
6. Capsicum 1/4Cup
7. Carrot 1/4Cup
8. Green Chilli 1+1
9. Corriander 1tb
10. Turmeric 1/2ts
11. Red Chilli Powder 1ts
12. Garam Masala 1/2ts
13. Salt as per taste
14. Cumin 1/2ts
15. Dry Mango Powder 1/2ts
16. Baking Soda 1/4ts
17. Water 1&1/2Glass
18. Oil 1tb
19. Mustered Seeds 1/2ts
20. Curry Leaf 8-10
21. Poppy Seeds 1ts
22. Asafoetida 1/4ts

Method
For Dhokla Batter ..Take Chickpea flour, Samolina, Bottle Gourd, Curd, Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Green Chilli, Corriander..Then add Turmeric, Red Chilli, Garam Masala, Salt, Cumin, Dry Mango Powder, and mix it well without adding water….then keep this batter for 15 min. at kitchen counter. After 15min. add baking soda..and mix it..
On Gas Stove keep kadai add water keep water for boiling…Now Greese mould with oil…Pour all the batter in a mould tap it..Now keep this Mould in kadai cover it and cook it for 20-25 min. after 25 min. cook it open for 5min.Remove it and le it cool down….
Now make Tadka For Dhokla..In a pan add oil, mustered seeds, curry leaf,poppy seed and Asafoetida….Now put Dhokla in pan and fry 1-1min. from both the side …Our Tasty Lauki Dhokla is ready to serve.
