Free Craftsman Mower - For Parts or Repair

This Craftsman lawnmower with was listed on Facebook Marketplace for free.  According to the listing it ran last year, but will not start this year.  Most likely a carburetor issue, but it turns out there are a few issues preventing this mower from running.  Is this a parts machine or an easy fix?
