Ingredients:

     Egg - 2 (room temperature)(Large)
     Sugar - ¾ cup (150g)
     Oil - ½cup (120ml)
     Yogurt - ¾ cup (185g)
     Lemon zest - 1 tbsp
     Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
     All purpose flour - 1½ cup (200g)
     Baking powder - 1½ tsp(6g)
     Salt - ¼ tsp


     Pan size - 20 cm

     Bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 40 - 45 mins
