In this video I’m going to share my afghani aubergine recipe (borani banjan) with you guys. Its very easy yet so tasty♥️

Ingredients:
3-4 aubergine
2 medium onions
4-5 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
4 tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp coriander seeds powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Corainder
1/2 cup water
Oil

Yogurt sauce:
4-5 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp garlics
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mint
