Daesh claims responsibility for Moscow concert hall attack

Four suspected gunmen are among those arrested in connection with an attack on a Moscow concert hall that killed at least 115 people. The suspects were detained en route to the Ukrainian border. Daesh has claimed responsibility for the attack. Dasha Chernyshova reports from Moscow.
