اپیزود اول: انگیزه تقلب - پشت پرده ریاکاری
ما معمولا دوست داریم آدم‌های خوب و سالمی به نظر بیایم و ظاهرا از آدمای متقلب و بد ذات هم به طور ناخودآگاه بدمون میاد و این رو هم دائما ابراز می‌کنیم. در عین حال باور داریم آدم‌های خوبی هستیم و هرگز دروغ نمی‌گیم و دزدی و تقلب هم نمی‌کنیم. خود این باور یک دروغ بزرگه که دائما داریم به خودمون می‌گیم. در واقع بهتره بگیم هنوز فرصت مناسبی برامون پیش نیومده :) همه‌ی آدم‌ها پتانسیل کج رفتن رو دارند اما قیمت هرکس با بقیه تفاوت داره، چون بسته به تربیت و توقعات آستانه وسوسه‌ی آدم‌ها با هم متفاوته!
اما نکته‌ی مهم و اصلی این وسط انگیزه‌ست. برای آدم‌ها باید انگیزه تقلب به حد کافی وجود داشته باشه تا قانع بشند که ریسک کرده و تقلب بکنند.
در این اپیزود در مورد همین موضوع صحبت می‌کنیم. عواملی که باعث می‌شه انگیزه‌ی آدم‌ها برای تقلب افزایش پیدا کنه.

We usually like to appear to be good and healthy people, and apparently we subconsciously dislike cheating and bad-natured people, and we express this constantly. At the same time, we believe that we are good people and we never lie, steal or cheat. This belief itself is a big lie that we keep telling ourselves. In fact, it's better to say that the right opportunity hasn't come to us yet :) All people have the potential to go astray, but everyone's price is different from the others, because depending on the upbringing and expectations, the temptation threshold of people is different!
But the main and important point is motivation. There must be enough incentive for people to cheat so that they are convinced to take risks and cheat.
