It really helps keep you healthy and keep your body cool during this season!
Summer Rose Jam Recipe:

- 1 cup organic Rose Petals

- approx. ½ cup soaked Medjool date paste (adjust as per your taste)

In a saucepan add the rose petals and the soaked (overnight or upto 4 hrs) Medjool date paste and sauté for 10-15 mins on low-med flame. You could add few tbsps of water if it gets dried up. Keep stirring until it forms a gooey ball. Try it and add more date paste if needed– you should also be able to taste the chewy rose petals and not make this jam too sweet.

Store this jam in an airtight glass container and it lasts in fridge for upto 2 weeks.
