Lucky save, HDD with shorted SATA connector - LFC#223
This started out as an assumed lost-cause hard drive, but just as I was literally on the phone to the customer to say 'sorry your data has gone unless you want to send it to a lab' I remembered That One Time I Saw A HDD With A Dead Protection Diode and figured I'd try my luck.
