▪︎ (2 eggs (at room temperature).
3 tablespoons of sugar 42 grams
150 grams of butter
▪︎ Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Half a teaspoon of salt 3 grams
2 teaspoons of liquid dough powder 10 grams
▪︎ (milk 250 ml (1 cup) at room temperature
▪︎ 3-4 cups of flour, 400 to 500 grams
▪︎ (sour cream 125 ml (half a cup) at room temperature
▪︎ You can use full fat yogurt instead of sour cream
⚜️ Necessary ingredients for khoriz ⚜️
Sugar or powdered sugar 1 cup 125 grams
1 cup ground walnuts 125 grams
▪︎ Vanilla 1 teaspoon
▪︎ 100 grams of melted butter at room temperature
Baking time 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until golden
