When you BUILD MUSCLE, you BURN MORE FAT! This workout is great for anyone that has a set of dumbbells laying around the house.  No, you don't NEED a gym to accomplish your goals.  You CAN get an effective workout in at home!

Grab your dumbbells, a stopwatch (or use the one given in the video), and follow along with me through this workout for a FULL BODY BURN!

If you are feeling ambitious, complete this workout for 4 or 5 rounds of each superset.   For best results, I recommend using this workout (paired with others on my page -- your choice) 3 to 5 times per week.
