Join in for a 4 minute COOL DOWN STRETCH ROUTINE to complete after your workout. Intervals will be 30 seconds per move for 8 movements total. For some of the movements I'll provide 2 different options so you can choose your own adventure! We will slowly cool down after your workout with some gentle stretches to help with muscle recovery.
