Chapli Kabab
Chapli Kabab Ke Ajza:
Beef Keema 1kg
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Anaar Dana (Kutta huwa) 2 Chaye ke chamach
Hari mirchen (katti hui) 2 khanay ke chamach
Pyaaz (katti Hui) 1 cup
Tamatar (kattay huway) 1 cup
Podinay ke pattay 1/4 cup
Kutti laal mirchen 2 chaye ke chamach
Dhaniya (Bhona or Peesa huwa) 2 khanay ke chamach
Hara Dhaniya(kutta huway) 1/2 cup
Adrak (katti hui) 1 khanay ka chamach
Lehsan (katta huwa) 1 khanay ka chamach
Namak hasb e zarurat
Zeera powder aik khanay ka chamach

Tarkeeb:
1. Aik bowl me beef keema, makai ka ata,kutta huwa anaar dana,hari mirchen, pyaaz, tamatar,kutti laal mirchen, garam masala powder, peesa huwa dhaniya, hara dhaniya, adrak,lehsan, namak,zeera powder, or ajwain daal kar achi tarhan mix karlen.
2. Ab tayaar mixture ko apni hathon ki hatheliyon me len or tikki ki shakal de den.
3. Mazedaar beef chapli kabab tayar hain.
Tayari ka waqt: 10 minutes
Bananay ka waqt: 10 minutes
Serving :3-4


Beef Chapli Kabab

Ingredients:
Beef mince 1 kg
Corn flour (Makai ka atta) 1/4 cup
Dried pomegranate seeds (crushed) 2 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Garam masala powder 2 tsp
Coriander seeds (roasted & crushed) 2 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp

Directions:
1. In a bowl add beef mince, corn flour, crushed pomegranate seeds, green chilies, onion, tomatoes, red chili flakes, garam masala powder, crushed coriander seeds, green coriander, ginger, garlic, salt, cumin powder, carom seeds and mix it well.
2. Now take the prepared mixture in the palm of your hands and make tikki shape.
3. Fry the kabab over medium flame until fully done and dark brown in color.
4. Your Beef Chapli Kabab are ready. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
Serving: 4-5
