how to put apps from taskbar to desktop
If it's not pinned, just drag it. If it is pinned, find the program in Start | All Programs and Right Click | Send To | Desktop (create shortcut). Unpin the Taskbar icon if you wish. To remove from TaskBar, right-clcik on TaskBar icon and select 'Unpin from TaskBar'.
