with a simple process that anyone can easily make,
I wanted to make a delicious banana cake recipe with an exquisite balance of taste.
And I put that mind into this cake, and made it that way.
Anyone can make a delicious banana cake if you measure it accurately.

♣ Oven
Bake in 170℃ / 338℉ preheated oven
* height 3cm muffin cup : for about 20~22mins
* 13.5cm square pan or 15cm round pan : for about 30~32mins
*⭐other pans : You can see 'how to check your cake it done or not(self check)' in this video.(from 04:58 ~)
♣ Ingredients [height 3cm muffins 7ea or muffins 3ea + 13.5cm square pan 1ea]
* 1cup(250ml) & 1Tbsp(15ml), I wrote measuring cup measurement as a service, but I use and recommend ‘g’ measurement. *
** There are alternative ingredients, but when made with the original ingredients, it tastes best in balance👍
(full version / half version)
▷banana 190g / 95g
▷brown sugar 90g(1/2cup) / 45g *can use white sugar
▷salt 1/8tsp=8pinch / 4pinch
▷milk 40g (39ml) / 20g *can use soy milk, almond milk
▷vanilla extract 10g (10ml) / 5g *can use 10g of milk more.
▷oil 90g(94ml) / 45g
▷baking powder 8g (2tsp) / 4g
▷cake flour 160g (1+1/4cup) / 80g
▷almond powder 60g (1/2cup) / 30g *can use 60g of cake flour more.
▷cinnamon powder 4pinch (about 1g) / 2pinch
* Can make it without cinnamon powder, but if you add it, your cake will be 3times more delicious. Can’t feel cinnamon flavor much, just it enhance the taste of this cake.
💡Q : I want to add walnuts in side.
A : Check 3:20. If you want, I'd recommend that 30~50g roasted walnuts or resins.

💡 How to keep it
* Can be stored in a food container for about 3 days at room temperature.
Or can keep it in the fridge as well for about 1week.
