When you want some Pasta but really don't want the carb overload - here's
Ingredients:
Natural Tempayy cubes 150 grams
Zucchini 150 grams
3-4 cloves of garlic
Butter 7 grams / 1/2 tbsp
Tomato purée 70 grams (homemade -boiled & puréed tomatoes)
Cheese 30 grams
Cream 20 grams
3-4 cherry tomato
Basil leaves
Chilli flakes
oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper

Recipe:
1. Boil tomatoes and blend in a blender when it’s cooled down.
2. Take zucchini and with a peeler peel it into thin slices. Now cut the slices in half vertically if they are too thick.
3. Cheese sauce: In a pan take 1/2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp olive oil. Sauté garlic in it
4. Add tomato purée and salt to it. Let it simmer.
5. Add cheese, chilli flakes oregano and finish it with cream.
6. In a separate pan sauté some cherry tomatoes with garlic & basil. Set it aside
7. Sauté the zucchini strips just for a min and do not let them become soggy. We need it crunchy. Set it aside
8. Season the @hello_tempayy Tempayy cubes with salt, pepper and italian seasoning. In the same pan sauté it for 7-8 mins. Add a splash of water if needed.
9. Assemble the pasta, add the cheese sauce add the tempayy and the zucchini. Add some chopped basil leaves
10. While serving top it with the sautéed cherry tomatoes. I also added basil leaves for extra flavour.
