Mohseni Ejei : Ex Bank Melli manager M.R Khavari Fugitive to Canada will be prosecuted in absentia

In a press conference held on Monday 7 May , the spokesman of judiciary Mohseni Ejei said that the trial of the  ex Bank Melli manager Mohamad Reza Khavari who was involved in the 3 billion Dollar banking fraud and  escaped to Canada will be held in absentia . Ejei confirmed that 2 of the judiciary staffs were involved in the fraud  are arrested and jailed .
