Biscoff Tres Leches Cake Recipe | Biscoff Milk Cake Recipe | Easy Tres Leches Cake

In this video I show you how to make a Biscoff Milk Cake. Also known as Tres Leches Cake, this is a butter less sponge which is soaked in 3 milks and topped with cream.

Oven Proof Dish (9”x11”)
Ingredients:
Cake:
5 Large eggs
190g Caster Sugar
¼ Cup Full Fat Milk
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Tsp Salt
70g Melted Biscoff
180g Self Raising Flour

Milk:
410g Evaporated Milk (1 tin)
250g Condensed Milk
½ Cup Full Fat Milk
100g Melted Biscoff

Topping:
300ml Double Cream
2 Tbsp Caster Sugar

Optional:
Crushed Lotus Biscoff Biscuits
