1 cup fresh or evap milk [240 ml]
1 large egg
3 tbsp sugar [38 grams]
2 tsp instant yeast
2 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour [320 grams]
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine or butter [30 grams]
✔️Glaze
1/3 cup melted butter [75 grams]
1 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar [180 grams]
3 to 5 tbsp fresh or evap milk (adjust amount depending on your desired consistency)
DONUT SIZE: 2.5 inch diameter
YIELD: 16 pieces.
You can make it at any size 😊
