Ooni Stack Review
Welcome back to TRW Pizza, the channel where I discuss dough making technique, ingredients selection, cooking methods, pizza stones, temperatures, fermentation process, cheese selection and toppings application as well as the variety of pizza making products available on the market.
Today I review the Ooni Stacker, a simple yet genius approach to dough and topping storage for all us home pizza obsessively. I personally have an issue where I take up too much fridge space using baking trays or high sided plates to store my dough when prepping it, it also tends to get too closely packed together. This product looks like it will solve these problems.
