Today I bring to you a delicious CINNAMON APPLE WALNUT CAKE. It's make in a regular curry pan. I'm not use any kind of oven. this cake is very tasteful, the ingredients I used flour, eggs, apple, walnut, cinnamon etc. its a very healthy cake, I believe you'll like it.
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 EGGS
BEAT FOR 1 MIN.
½ CUP SUGAR
BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY
¼ CUP OIL
1 TSPN VANILLA ESSENCES
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TSPN BAKING POWDER
SIEVE
¼ CUP MILK
MIX WELL
GRATE 1 APPLE
MIX
GREASE OIL IN 6 INCH MOULD
PLACE A BAKING PAPER
POUR THE BATTER
GRATED APPLE
1 TBSP WALNUT
¼ TSPN CINNAMON POWDER
COOK FOR 35-40 MIN.
