The only intact old castle from four centuries ago , ارگ گوگد گلپایگان در اصفهان

Gogd Castle is one of the historical and old buildings of Iran with amazing clay and mud architecture from four centuries ago until today and most of its walls, towers and rooms have been preserved in the same old way.  This castle was one of the most important castles in old Iran in the Zandiya, Safavid and Qajar periods.  And today it is considered as the second or one of the largest clay castles in Iran.  which is located in Gogd Golpaygan area in Isfahan province.

Gogd Castle ist eines der historischen und alten Gebäude Irans mit erstaunlicher Lehm- und Lehmarchitektur von vor vier Jahrhunderten bis heute und die meisten seiner Mauern, Türme und Räume sind auf die gleiche alte Weise erhalten geblieben.  Diese Burg war eine der wichtigsten Burgen im alten Iran in der Zandiya-, Safawiden- und Qajar-Zeit.  Und heute gilt sie als die zweitgrößte oder eine der größten Lehmburgen im Iran.  das sich im Gebiet Gogd Golpaygan in der Provinz Isfahan befindet.
