SUNNI VS SHIA

Shia and Sunni are two different sects of the Muslim religion, a lot of work and news has been put into increasing the divide between the two sects, many believe those reasons to be political, which caused communities and in many cases families to become divided.

In the past marriage between Sunni and Shia was fairly normal and many children growing up in the Muslim world will tell you they never knew whether they were Sunni or Shia until they grew older and were asked, up until then they were simply Muslim.

Regardless of how political things become and how much people try to bring up the differences between us, there are examples all around us of love and acceptance, I feel that when we focus on those things we make this world better, and it gives us all hope for a better future.
