In this video I would like to share with you my full romana style pizza recipe.

For this recipe you will need
10 kg Caputo flour
12 g fresh yeast
5.5 l of cold water
300 g of salt
From this batch of dough you will obtain around 65 pizza dough balls.
I’m not using oil to my pizza dough if you asking.

I’m preparing myself to take part at one pub in Rochester.
