1. Look at the truth
- When I was 205lbs and obese, I once got completely b**t na**d, and I looked in the mirror
- And I said, boy, you are fat, you have a problem, and if you continue down this road
- You may not get the chance to turn back, and today I weigh 30lbs less after a hard look in the mirror (it's not mean its being real )

So for your personal finances:
- Make a list with the total amount next to it, of your necessities ( Shelter, utilities, groceries, and transport )
- A list of all your other expenses and amounts
- A list of all your debts, the amount you owe, the name of the party, monthly payment and interest rates
- A list of your income and time you spend to make it
- Subtract what you spend per month from what you make per month
- That is the mirror, that is the reality, that is the problem

2. Let's Make a Plan
- My next step was figuring out how many calories I needed to eat to lose weight
- How many times I needed to go to the gym per week
-  And having a goal and timeline to meet it

So for your finances:
- We know you need to spend less than you make
- The goal is to get one month ahead of your bills
- And the timeline is this month hopefully if the math makes sense
Here iss  the action we need to take
- Cut out all the things that are not necessities.
- Sell all the things around your house you don’t need
- Reduce your necessities expenses by eating in, moving out, buying a car for cash or even turning off the lights
- Increase your income by using the extra 3 hours you have left after work to get a side hustle like Uber, then use the remainder 3 hours for yourself and your family
- If you do this, you can turn your negative cashflow to positive

3. What do you do after you have more coming in than you have going out
- It's not the first I lost weight, the last time I did it
- I regained the weight
- And that sucks, so creating a system that you can sustain is super important.

Do this:
- Use all the extra money to save your first $500 or $1,000 dollars )
- Then Use all your extra money to payoff all debt first except the mortgage ( and except for 5% for fun )
- Once done use the rest for saving up for emergencies.
- Once you have no debt, and fully funded 3-6 month emergency account ( you can use some of the money for investing for retirement and some for saving up to buy a house )
