Kurdish bread is a well known bread in kurdistan every kurdish they know what’s kurdish bread , I think if we are comparing whith other breads I can say its the most delicious and healthy bread in all over the world , in the past a 100 years ago alot of people in kurdistan thy didn’t have floor and some of them they didnt have wheat to make a bread . my grand mother told me everything about the past she said we didn’t have a wheat to make a bread she told me we made a bread froam the oak . Nowadays thanks for GOD in every home in kurdistan we have a floor to make a bread.
making a kurdish bread is difficult so thats why a lot of people even in the villages they buy a bread from bakery I can say just some people they make kurdish traditional bread. Kurdish bread is a part of our culture.
