1. Make a soft dough using maida,oil,salt and ajwain.
2. Take little portion of the dough and make a roti out of it.
3. Then make cuts , put potatoe stuffing inside cut and fold in the form of samosa.
4. deep fry in medium flame untill it becomes golden brown
