Pres. Biden Calls Out Big Oil on Q3 Record Profits

Oil and gas companies continue to rake in record profits, including Exxon Mobil, which reported Q3 profits of nearly triple what the oil giant made in the same quarter last year. According to the International Energy Agency, the net income for oil and natural gas producers in 2022 is expected to be double what it was in 2021.

President Joe Biden told an audience in Syracuse, NY, that instead of the companies using their profits to lower the cost of oil and gas, the money is going to shareholders.
