The perception internationally is that Istanbul is a paradise for cats — a place where humans and cats live in harmony. But is this true? In this video, we explore the cat-obsessed neighborhood of Cihangir on the European side of Istanbul. Here is our experience on the ground with the cats of Istanbul and our encounters with the locals who interact with them every day.
