مقدار مواد اولیه زیر برای ۱۲ عدد چیز کیک تک نفره به اندازه ۸ سانتیمتر هست ( اندازه نمونه در فیلم) برای لایه زیر از هر نوع کیکی میشه استفاده کرد حتی کیک های سوپر مارکتی .
* مواد اولیه کیک شكلاتي - كراست چيزكيك: :
تخم مرغ ۴ عدد
شكر ۲۰۰ گرم
وانیل ۱/۸ ق چ
آب جوش ۴ ق غ
روغن مايع ۵۰ گرم
آرد ۲۲۵ گرم
بكينگ پودر ۶ گرم
پودر كاكائو ۱۶ گرم
شير ۱۱۵ گرم
سايز قالب ۲۵*۳۵ ( ضخامت نهایی کیک ۱/۵-۲سانت)
25-32 دقیقه
دماي ۱۶۰ فر برقی / ۱۸۰ فرگازی
* مواد اولیه کرم چیز کیک :
پودر ژلاتین ۱۴ گرم
آب ۱۲۰ گرم
پنیر خامه ای ویلی ۴۰۰ گرم
خامه قنادی ۵۰۰ گرم
شیر مقداری ( برای رقیق کردن کرم چیز کیک )
* مواد اولیه ژله چیز کیک :
۲ عدد انار
۱ بسته ژله انار

The amount of raw materials below is for 12 cheese cakes in the size of 8 cm (like the sample in the video). For the bottom layer, you can use any kind of cake, even supermarket cake.
* Ingredients for chocolate cake:
4 eggs
Suger 200grams
Vanilla 1/8 tsp
Boil water 4 tbsp
Liquid oil 50 grams
Flour 225 grams
Baking powder 6 grams
Cocoa powder 16 grams
Milk 115 grams
The size of the mold is 25x35 (the final thickness of the cake is 1.5-2 cm)
25-32 minutes
Bake 160’c
* Raw materials for cream cheesecake:
Gelatin powder 14 grams
Water 120 grams
Cream cheese 400 grams
Confectionery cream 350 grams + suger 150 grams
Some milk
* Cheese cake jelly raw materials:
2 pomegranates
1 package of pomegranate jelly
