For the zoolbia

Mixing one glass starch
Half glass yoghurt
One spoon oil
One spoon yeast
One spoon baking powder
Two spoon water zafaron


For the syrup

Two glass sugar
One glass water
Boil it
Half lemon after 10 mins boiled

When you cook the zoolbia in the oil put it in the syrup
