Ingredients:

1/2 cup gluten free oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 Apple Puree
2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil or for a healthier choice use Coconut oil
1/2 Cup Walnut Chopped
3/4 Red Apple Chopped

Preheat oven to 180 ° C
