With the new UserLock Web App, IT teams and help desks can access UserLock from anywhere to easily, quickly monitor and respond to network session activity.

Administrators can use the application from any computer, simply with a web browser, without having to install the UserLock desktop console.

The new UserLock Web Application is just the first step in a redesigned UserLock interface.

Our goal is to integrate all features into a single application, which can be accessed from a desktop or Internet browser, allowing you to manage MFA and user access seamlessly from anywhere.

Welcome to the new UserLock Web App with this new console, IT admins and help desks can access UserLock from anywhere to monitor respond to network activity.
New interactive dashboards give you an overall view of activity by session type users and machine connections.

Click on the machine view to see the status of your machines, install an agent or take action such as restart, shutdown, wake up or remote desktop.

Click on the users view to see active sessions, last logon and logoff and MFA configurations for each user, user status allows you to easily identify at risk users and click on the button here to take an action or drill down to see more on the user's activity.
Here you can easily verify all network activity for this user, run reports with one click and verify the MFA configuration.

Real-time graphs and statistics allow you to spot any anomalies and network activity.

Check effective restrictions applied to the user and see the working hours report by week or month.

In the monitoring tab you can see all active sessions on your network and interact if needed by clicking on actions to logoff, lock, reset the session or send a pop-up.

Click on connected users to switch the view by users or by machines in use.

Help desk teams can now manage MFA help requests from the web console.
For example by temporarily disabling the MFA for a specific period of time or resetting the MFA and forcing re-enrollment.

The new design of the reports makes it even easier to follow user activity with dynamic graphs and the ability to navigate to a certain machine or user.
Dynamic filters allow you to drill down to find the information that you need and the graph refreshes to show the new results.

You can also report on all MFA events including failed attempts and help requests and the new report on administrator actions allows you to audit any actions performed by UserLock admins.

You can also provide your feedback directly in the console by taking screenshots and sending us your comments, this will help us to continue to improve the console for future versions.

Try the new UserLock Web App now by downloading the latest version 11.2 from our website.
