hi guys!! i've been gone for SO LONG i am truly so sorry. but i am alive! and making brioche! for your viewing pleasure.
i actually filmed this video a little over a month ago, but have just recently gotten around to editing it. in this video, i made brioche for the first time! and i followed an Alison Roman recipe, not a Claire Saffitz. which I know is a shock to everyone. also, i'm pretty confident i didn't say an expletive this entire video which is also a shock.
