Today I've got a very quick rough and ready photo and video comparison for you between the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. But specifically I want to get to the bottom of the issues that I'm having with super slow motion function on Huawei's new flagship.

If you watched my full detailed camera review about the Matrix camera system which graces is the back of the Mate 20 Pro. Then you’ll know that the something is up with the super slow motion.

You see the other manufacturers who achieve this in the handsets also tell you how it's done. Samsung say that the Sensor is equipped with its own DRAM. As do Sony.

But Huawei have no mention of how they manage to record video at this incredible frame rate.
