1205 #96 Australia Aboriginal Photos on Display

At the Half Light exhibition in Art Gallery of New South Wales, photos provide a snapshot of indigenous Australia dating back to the 1960's. It was a time when indigenous were not even considered Australians, and didn't have the right to vote. Exhibition organiser Hetti Perkins says the artists were encouraged to challenge stereotypes about indigneous people.
