Avoid Eating Soy Milk With Berries & In Coffee?!
There's a strange phenomenon where eating cow’s milk alongside something like berries was found to block the absorption of the phytonutrients and a study found this may be likely for soy milk too! So should we avoid soy milk when eating a bowl of oatmeal with berries? What about almond milk should we avoid this too? Are the proteins in these milks problematic?
