Tahchin is one of the most elegant and exquisite Persian dishes, which displays many unique features of Iranian cuisine: pleasing colors and wonderful aroma of saffron. There are many variations to the classic Tahchin, or also known as (rice cake). In todays recipe we have added our preferred choice of meat: chicken, with the option of mushrooms.
