The 2024 SsangYong Rexton is the 4WD wagon you might not have heard of – yet. It's the embattled South Korean brand's answer to the Ford Everest, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Isuzu D-Max and Toyota Fortuner, among others.

Despite its stiff competition, the Rexton has won over plenty of buyers with its tempting combination of relatively low pricing and a long features list. Needless to say, the value proposition is strong here, so long as you can see past its lesser-known badge and nameplate.
