Abbas Barzegar Residence
Abbas Barzegar eco-lodge is located in Bazm village of Bavanat city of Fars province. It is a remote village 190 km from Shiraz city and 17 km from Surian city, the center of Bavanat city.
Abbas Barzegar has started his work from peddling and daily income of 3 thousand Tomans. He is only 4 years old and his significant income generation started by inviting tired tourists to his house. The documentary I Want to Be a King is based on the life of Abbas Barzegar. He currently lives in the village of Imamzadeh Bazm in the city of Bavanat in Shiraz.
Barzegar Guesthouse is the first indigenous vegetarian inn in Iran. He has 37 mud straw rooms for rent, next to a hut full of goats, chickens and roosters, beehives and several hectares of vegetables.
Abbas Barzegar Bavanat tourist village consists of several rural houses with an area of 1200 meters, three rooms of which are 700 years old and designed in the style of Iranian rural life 700 years ago, are the most expensive rooms in this village. In addition, there is a farm, livestock, orchard, nomadic handicraft shop, herbal medicine shop and herbal infusions in this village, and guests' food products are supplied directly from these farms and livestock farms.
