Today we are taking a look at one of the best budget divers out there. The Citizen Eco-Drive Promaster. Reference BN0151-09L . These are usually under $200, and sometimes go on sale for a bit less. While it may be a quartz diver, it's also solar-powered, has great lume, and is an ISO rated Diver's 200m watch. Not many watches can say that at all, let alone at that price.
